When it comes to design and UX I'm a freak. No. Scratch that. I'm a super-freak! I love geeking out about design, user flows and user experience and I'm always try figure out a way how to make things more user-friendly on The Open Mic.
I my latest attempt to make The Open Mic even more interactive and user-friendly I've come across and consequently fell in love with an awesome product called Help Hero.
It allows us to create incredible self-guided tours that show our users how to use certain aspects of our website (mainly directory and publishing tools).
If you're still have no idea what that means, check out Simon's profile (just open it in a private tab in your browser to see the tour I've created).
Pretty cool, eh?
I'll be adding those tours everywhere where I think users might need a little hand-helding. Hopefully, this will make user experience more enjoyable.
What do you guys think?
