March_ts Hi Marcela! I don't read Spanish, so I hope that her experience was a positive one! ?
Hiring an intern could be a good way to off-load some of the not so thrilling aspects of our work (like marketing or design, for example), but I think it all depends on how you structure your business, and, of course, on your personality. Some people can't imagine having anyone but themselves doing everything in their business, because they're the only ones who can do it right, while others have no problems to bring in new people.
Personally, it's hard for me to let it go and let someone else work for me, but I'm doing my best by learning how to be more efficient, use automation whenever possible and be more open to let people help me.
I'm not sure if I'd hire an intern just yet because even if it's an intern you still need to pay them salary otherwise they won't be as motivated as you are. And this is something I can't afford at the moment. ? But I'm certain this will happen at some point in the future.
