But one winter, something funny happened: the Xmas markets usually open towards the end of November. And a couple of years ago it was still unsually warm in November, I mean, some cafes and restaurant terraces were still open - with outdoor heaters, but open - and the funny things was, that nobody joined the Xmas markets. Even though they are also outdoors... The markets were almost empty.
Two weeks later it got very cold and all the Xmas were full again. It seems like it's no fun getting drunk with Glühwein if it's not bitter cold. ?
