I took their test and work for them now and then. It’s as badly paid as any subtitling agency these days (i.e. not great at all, but better than the rates in my country). The annoying thing is that they send you work requests and you have seconds to answer, before it is taken by someone else. Seconds - not joking. And it’s obviously very irregular.
If you have the chance to catch a whole season of something, they are actually very good to work with (at least the PM I got) and understand your “capricious” requests of things like formality tables and such. I accepted to do 5 episodes of a series and ended up doing 70 because the working relationship was going very well.
