Paul tackles a very complex topic of how amateurs and pros approach similar situations in a very different manner. I could definitely relate to some of the situations that he has described.
Paul argues that to be perceived a pro you need an absolutely different mindset that focuses on learning from your shortcomings and finding solutions.
