I often feel like social media, especially the traditional networks such as Facebook and Twitter limit us in how we can express ourselves during the discussion.
I mean, humans a very social creatures, we use our entire body to communicate with one another. The body language, the tone of our voice, the expression of our face, - all of that is lost in social networks, groups and forums and I think it might be the cause of misunderstanding between people.
But, of course, sometimes people are just being assholes and there's nothing you can do about it. I personally prefer to leave them be.
