eleonorang Interesting discussion, guys! I've been looking for ways to improve the ergonomics of my work-space, because right now it's not that ergonomic. I'v read a lot about standing desks, but it seems like they have their own pros and cons.
I think that ergonomics is just a part of the problem. You can have the most ergonomic and comfortable workplace in the galaxy, yet your health will still deteriorate if you don't move. That's why I try to walk or hit the gym as often as I can to break free from my desk (ergonomic or not).
