Poll about Trados 2017

Hi! It's been a couple of months since the 2017 version of Trados Studio was released, and I haven't switched to it yet, so I thought I'd make a quick poll... I was wondering if any of you who usually works with Trados already have made the switch and what you think of it. I'm also interested in hearing about those who have not and/or are not planning to ?

Dmitry Thanks Dmitry, I did read it back then! I was just interested in what changes for translators on a daily work basis, e.g. whether agencies are changing the way they do wordcounts because of the new functionalities (such as Fragment Recall) or whether there is an increased focus on MT... things like that ?

Dmitry P.S. I'll go off topic for a sec and tell you that I worked with MemoQ on ONE project and that was enough to traumatize me for good ? Honestly I think it was not the software's fault bur rather mine or the agency's, but it was a server-based project and there were several problems with the file synchronization, so that as I delivered my completed files they would empty up and I had to do the translation all over again... it haunts me to this day ?

eleonorang Haha! Never trust the cloud, lol! I worked with agencies that use MemoQ and never had any problems with their servers, so I guess you were just not lucky. Anyway, I mostly use it for personal work and don't go too deep into customization or advance functionality (like setting up a server version and working with a team).
