eleonorang HUGE Canva fan! Been using it for a while now and I can't think of any other way to create promotional materials. I mostly use it to create covers for articles, new episodes of Translators On Air and whatnot.
But it's great for CVs, postcards, business cards and many other things. Plus it's free and quite robust even on a free plan.
Dmitry Then hi, fellow Canva fan ? I've recently received an email from Canva offering a 30-day trial of their paid plan and I really think I'm going to try it out and get an idea of whether it really makes a difference. I'll keep you posted!
eleonorang I think I tried it, but I'm not sure. I believe it's more focused on designers and people working in a team rather than freelancers try to make nice covers for their blog posts and whatnot ?
Dmitry I did like the resize functionality though. It's useful for cross posting between your personal site, Twitter, Facebook, TOM, etc. ? I'll check and see if it's basically the only relevant plus of a paid subscription

I started using Canva just recently after reading an article of useful apps for freelancers. I really like its simplicity and it makes it really easy to create social media images that I can post. I also just learned that images place higher in social media rankings. I'm still at beginner level when it comes to marketing.
I wanted to play a bit with Canva yesterday. When I was about to register, it notified me that I already have an account. I`m such a fool, haha. 10/10 ?
